Subclass Features
Level 3 - Mamas Cookin'!
When you join the College of the Culinary Arts at 3rd level. Your Bardic Inspiration takes for form of a meal instead of a song, your Bardic Inspiration manifests as a magical meal that tastes just like mom used to make. As a bonus action, you can hand or throw this meal to an ally within 30 feet. This home cooked meal reminds them of home and is infused with Bardic Inspiration.
When used on an ally they can choose to immediately gain the effect upon the meals arrival (no action needed), or consume it on their next turn as a Bonus Action, If the meal is not consumed by the end of their next turn, it spoils and is wasted. When consumed, the creature gains a Bardic Inspiration die and one of the following effects (your choice when you create the meal)

Too Sweet! — You gain an advantage on your next attack roll. Nothing like a spoon full of honey to make you sting like a bee!

Too Spicy! — Your next weapon attack deals an extra 1d6 fire damage. Adds a nice zip to your attacks

Just Right! — You heal 1d6 hit points + Charisma modifier at the start of your next turn. You haven't tastes anything this good in a while.
If the ally chooses to throw the food at an enemy instead, they can apply one of the following de-buffs:

Too Sweet! — The target has disadvantage on their next attack roll.

Too Spicy! — The target takes 1d6 fire damage plus 1d4 bludgeoning.

Just Right! — The target’s movement speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn.
Level 6 - The Final Supper
At the cost of a Bardic Inspiration

Allies: Each friendly creature of your choice within 45 feet gains the following benefits until the end of your next turn:

Temporary hit points equal to 2d6 + your Charisma modifier

Advantage on all saving throws
-
Immunity to the frightened condition
-

Enemies: At the same time, each enemy creature of your choice within 45 feet is hit with the overwhelming smell of arcane seasoning and spiritual spices. A wave of magical nausea clouds their senses. Enemies must take a Constitution saving throw = to your spell save DC.
- On failure they have disadvantage on their next saving throw before the end of your next turn.
- On save they resist the effect.
Just smell for your cooking will make your allies and enemies go crazy!
Level 14 - Anyone up for seconds?
Once you reach level Fourteen you will be able to target a number of allies or enemies equal to your Charisma modifier with Mamas Cookin'!
When used on an ally they can choose to immediately gain the effect upon the meals arrival (no action needed), or consume it on their next turn as a Bonus Action, If the meal is not consumed by the end of their next turn, it spoils and is wasted. When consumed, the creature gains a Bardic Inspiration die and one of the following effects (your choice when you create the meal)

Too Sweet! — You gain an advantage on your next attack roll. You also gain temporary hit points equal to your Bard level + 1d4.

Too Spicy! — Your next weapon attack deals an extra 1d6 fire damage. Your movement speed increases by 15 feet until the end of your next turn.

Just Right! — You heal 1d6 hit points + Charisma modifier at the start of your next turn. You immediately end one of the following conditions on yourself: Frightened, Charmed, or Poisoned.
This also effects enemies!

Too Sweet! — The target must succeed a Constitution saving throw or it has disadvantage on their next attack roll. In addition, the affected cannot benefit from cover, or invisibility until the start of its next turn.

Too Spicy! — The target takes 1d6 fire damage plus 1d4 bludgeoning. It also suffers disadvantage on its next Constitution saving throw.

Just Right! — The target’s movement speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn. The target can’t take reactions until the start of its next turn.
Level 3: Bonus Proficiencies
You gain proficiency with three skills of your choice and gains proficiency in Cooks Utensils.

Kitchen Staff
You gain proficiency with Improvised Weapons, and when you attack with an improvised weapon use your Charisma Modifier instead of Strength or Dexterity.
Level 6: The Finale Supper
As an action, spend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to prepare a magical feast.
