Artificer Spell Storing Item

The prerequisite of being an 11th level Artificer is only for storing the spell, not for using the item. This is because RAW says the item produces the effect of the spell (it does not cast spell), means the item can be used by other party members, creatures, familiars and summoned beasts.

Also, because stored spells are limited to 1 action, it would be helpful if the text would say:
Do NOT select: Absorb Elements, Alarm, Expeditious Retreat, Feather Fall, Identify, Kinetic Jaunt, Magic Mouth, Magic Weapon, Sanctuary, or Snare.

Update the text for 2024. For 2014 campaigns, should add:
Choose one spell from Expanded Rules or 2014 Core Rules.

We need a new version of this feat for 2024 because it now includes 3rd level Artificer spells.
