False Nature

You have two forms that you can change between as an action, your true form and your veil. Both forms are the same basic shape. 

While in true form add 1d4 for any ability check you make using intimidation. While in veil form, add 1d4 for any ability check you make using persuasion.

If you receive a single attack constituting more than 25% of your total health whilst in your veil form, roll a Constitution save with DC 10. If you fail, you instantly return to your true form.
