• As an action; You can take damage as indicated below per spell point. You can reduce the damage received from using this feature equal to your Wisdom modifier. Psychic resistance or immunities do not apply. 
  
  
• 1 Sorcery Point   2d6 psychic damage
• 2 Sorcery Points 3d6 psychic damage
• 3 Sorcery Points 5d8 psychic damage
• 4 Sorcery Points 6d8 psychic damage
• 5 Sorcery Points 7d8 psychic damage 
• You gain 4 additional sorcery points to spend on Metamagic (these points are added to any sorcery points you have from another source but can be used only on Metamagic). You regain all spent sorcery points when you finish a long rest.
• Gain two additional Metamagic options.
