Grappling Hook Master
Increase Str or Dex by 1
You can use a grappling hook as a Whip (dealing Piercing damage instead) and you are proficient in it regardless of if you would normally be proficient with such a weapon. If you score a critical success on an attack to use a Grappling hook as a whip the target must make a Strength save (DC 10 + your prof bonus) or become grappled.
When using a grappling hook to climb, gain advantage on athletics checks related to climbing/throwing the hook.
