Clarion Call

As an action, a Bard of level 8 or higher may choose to make a Clarion Call. Doing so will cost the use of 2 Bardic Inspirations.
The bard may then choose to inspire a number of friendly creatures or units up to their Charisma modifier. Should the Bard wish to use all their Bardic Inspiration slots, they can target a number of friendly Creatures or Units equal to their Charisma Modifier, plus half as much again.
For the next 10 minutes, creatures or units effected by Clarion Call gain a Bardic Inspiration Dice, Equal to that Bard's Inspiration at their current level, following all the normal rules for Bardic Inspiration, including the bonuses given depending on Bardic Colleges etc.
Clarion Call may only be used 1 per Long Rest.
Creatures and Units cannot gain Inspiration from Clarion and other Bardic Inspirations, and Clarion Calls from multiple Bards will not stack.
