You Convince your allies to press on under the most dire of circumstances.

When you use your Bardic Inspiration on an ally, you can expend two additional uses to add the following effects.

While affected by Bardic Inspiration the target gains:

• A bonus to damage rolls equal to 1/2 your Bard level (rounded down)
• Immumity to Fear
• Temporary Hit points equal to 1d6 + your bard level
