Factotum of the Bleak Cabal

You gain the power to absorb magically induced madness. You massage a willing target for a minimum of 4 hours, after which you absorb any harmful enchantment or mind-affecting effects placed on them by a spell or supernatural ability, negating its effect immediately. After using this ability, you make all ability checks at disadvantage until you have taken a long rest.

Relieve Burdens: The bonus to your Charisma increases to +2, but you must donate 30% of your wealth.

Touch of Despair: You share your depressing world view with others, inflicting them with paralyzing despair. You may cast Hold Person without expending a spell slot or using material components using this trait. Once you have cast this spell, you may not cast it again in this way until you have taken a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
