Once per long rest, as a Bonus Action, you can polymorph into the form of a house cat. As a cat your form is tiny, you have an AC of 12 and 2 HP. You gain +4 to Stealth checks and +3 to Perception Checks, otherwise you have -4 STR, +2 DEX, and 0 CON. Your CHA, INT and WIS scores remain the same. The transformation lasts for the up to one hour, until you drops to 0 hit points or use a Bonus Action to transform back. Your gear melds into the new form. You can't activate, use, wield, or otherwise benefit from any of your equipment. You are limited in the actions you can perform by the nature of you new form, and can't speak, cast spells, or take any other action that requires hands or speech.
