Since Evis's encounter with Triple P's Lightening attack they have felt this electricity that at first locked them up but know is flowing through their cells energising them. This leads to in some cases small uncontrolled surges of lightening leaving Evis when they come in contact with things that can conduct electricity.

When Evis first touches a creature or object that can conduct electricity and Evis wishes to stop the flow of lightening striking the creature or object Evis must make a DEX Saving Throw. Evis's Saving Throw DC is equal to 8 + Evis's DEX Modifier to stop the flow Lightening. On a failed Save lightning surges from Evis's hand to deliver a shock to the creature or object they are touching. If it is a creature it takes 1d6 lightning damage, and it can't take reactions until the start of its next turn.

If it is an object that is a nonmagical weapon when Evis touches it, it becomes a magic weapon. For the 6 seconds (1 round of combat), the weapon has a +1 bonus to attack rolls and deals an extra 1d4 Lightening damage when it hits. If it is an object that is not a weapon the DM decides how it affects the item.

If Evis decides to automatically fail their Saving Throw when touching a creature or during an Unarmed strike attack to let the lightening flow, the creature can make a CON Saving throw to resist the lighting surge. The Saving Throw DC to resist Evis's lighting surge is equal to 8 + Evis's DEX Modifier + Evis's Proficiency Bonus. On a failed Save lightning surges from Evis's hand to deliver a shock to the creature or object they are touching. If it is a creature it takes 1d8 lightning damage, and it can't take reactions until the start of its next turn.
