Prerequisite: Proficiency with simple blasters When you roll damage for a blaster with the Scatter property, you can reroll one of the damage dice, and must use the new roll. Additionally, being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn’t impose disadvantage on your ranged attack rolls.
