You have been turned into a vampire due to a vampire bite. This ability has its pros and cons. the Cons include, all rolls in the sun are rolled with disadvantage. Another is if you take a steak to the heart, no matter the amount of Hp you will instantly die.

Here are some abilities you will have

Bite: You must be in touching range. You bring you face up to the targets neck and deal 2d8 bludgeoning damage. Not only that this attack has a chance to poison the target if the target rolls lower on there Con save than you.  The poison dose 1d10 per turn for 2 turns.

Vampiric Charm: The target must be in the range or 15 feet and in your sight. The target must roll a save higher than a 12 on a charisma check ( The roll will increase depending on your level). The the target becomes charmed they will join you side for 4 turns maximum. Every turn the target gets a chance to roll a charisma saving throw. The roll must be higher than 14 to be released from the Charm.

Vampiric Regeneration: Every turn you will gain 1d10 plus your level. ( This effect will not work if you are in the sun)

Vampiric Drain: Your target must be within 20 feet. The target must succeed in a Con save higher than 14. If not the target takes 3d10 Radiant Damage. And the person who uses it gains the same amount of health as damage you do.
