The title of Kinsman is granted to those who are willing to selflessly defend those weaker than themselves against all odds. If you are granted this boon, you will feel it on the wind and know you have been inducted into this ancient group.
You may hear the kinsman's call on the wind, and if you answer, the elements themselves will facilitate your immediate transit to the location of the kinsman who called.
Similarly if you are in dire need of aid, you may call to the four winds and seek the aid of a kinsman. The nearest kinsman able to accept will hear the call and be transported to you as soon as possible.
Kinsman are not oathbound to answer the call, but many feel honor bound to.
The call is spoken and heard as this: "By the star, I will wait, I will watch, I will call, and will be heard"
This Feat cannot be taken, only granted by the DM.
