You manifest the flames of the forge, turning your body searing red wave of heat and destruction. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength, or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You gain resistance to fire damage.
• You can cast the heat metal spell targeted on yourself as a bonus action once using this trait. You regain the ability to cast it in this way when you finish a short or long rest.
  
  When cast this way, you gain the following benefits:
  • You gain resistance to cold damage.
  • Damage dealt by heat metal does not break concentration or impose disadvantage against you.
  • You ignite flammable objects.
  • Your melee attacks are increased by 1d4 fire damage.
  • As an action you can perform a unarmed melee attack dealing 2d4 + your strength modifier fire damage.
