Whether it be in a crucial business deal, or cutting a life short, being able to resist another's attempts at persuading you is as vital as any capital or blade. The more tenacious they are, the more reason you should ignore them.
When a creature uses a Charisma (Persuasion) check against you, it is at disadvantage. If they would normally have advantage, it is rolled as a normal roll instead.
