You stop aging. You are immune to any effect that would age you, and you can't die from old age. You don’t need to eat, breathe or drink to survive. Twice per short rest, when you would hit zero hit points, you are instead dropped to one hit point. You may use this mechanically by casting the spell death ward on yourself.
