Prerequisite: Requires the ability to use the command spell
Cursed Speech is a forcible use of the spell command. The fear is not able to be turned off nor deactivated but overuse can cause damage to the user. The user can use whatever statement he desires and their opponent must make a saving throw (wis) to not be forced into that action. The stronger the action the more damage the user takes on his throat.
