Familiar Bond

You have spent so much time with your companion that you have now created a powerful bond. 

If you have the find familiar spell as a spell caster, you can now summon and dismiss your Familiar at will as a bonus action.

If you do not have this spell, you receive the ability to cast it once per day as a ritual, with normal material component costs associated to the spell.

Choose a stat to indicate your bond from the list. Increase this stat for you and your familiar by +1 

Strength: your familiar can now carry items up to its strength x your strength

Dexterity: your familiar is harder to hit, add your dexterity modifier to its AC

Constitution: your familiar is more solid and harder to kill. Increase its HP by your constitution modifier x half your level

Intelligence: your familiar learns one of your cantrips and can cast it as its action, using its intelligence modifier to cast. 

Wisdom: your familiar is perceptive and alert. Its perception increases by your wisdom modifier, and gains proficiency in perception and survival checks

Charisma: your familiar is able to communicate effectively with your companions and yourself. It can now telepathically talk to party members and understands all languages

 The feat assumes your familiar takes different forms but is mentally the same creature each time you summon it. Therefore the attribute you select remains, regardless of which familiar you summon.
