You are a mighty warrior known as a 'Yellow Flash', one can only earn this title through rigorous years of training. Having perfected the arts of movement, both for on and off battle usage, you are capable of moving faster than (or at the same speed as) a bullet. The few people that have earned this title are capable of feats no other should be capable of (without the use of magic)

1. A Yellow Flash is able to create a mark on (almost) anything they touch, the marks can be transferred through contact if the one who created it intends for it to transfer, these marks never go away, even after the one who created it dies, no one can see these marks, included the Yellow Flash that created it, these marks serve one purpose, and that is to be teleported to (without using an action).

2. Should a Yellow Flash narrowly dodge an attack of any kind, they are capable of slowing time long enough for them to perform one action on the enemy that performed the attack (assuming it's within range and is capable of taking damage)

3. A Yellow Flash will always have the upper hand when it comes to anything dexterous, no matter the circumstances.

The Yellow Flash is perfect for any class that has a focus towards Dexterity (i.e: Rouge), as it requires a whole 20 dexterity to be capable of being this feat.
