Leveling Your Field:
- Successfully Create and item in your level 10 times
- Successful Creation of a grade higher is worth an extra point.
- Studying of an informative source allows for a point allocation, as long as it fits your current rank or higher.
Apprentice. You have demonstrated the basic care and
competencies expected of a smith.
Journeyman. You are recognized as a full member of
the guild You gain a +1 bonus to checks you make to craft
items of uncommon rarity. Full members are able to
perform guild work during downtime (see below).
Craftsman. You have demonstrated the capabilities of
a veteran of the guild. You gain a +1 bonus to checks you
make to craft rare items.
Artisan. Through diligent study, you have achieved
the status of a respected artisan. You gain a +1 bonus to
checks you make to craft very rare items.
Master. You have ascended to the rank of grandmaster.
You gain a +1 bonus to checks you make to craft legendary
items. Masters are invited to attend meetings of the
council, and often head local chapters
