Once per long rest, you are able to stockpile your energy for three turns. During those three turns, you cannot move or use any action or reaction. For every attack you could have taken on each turn, make the appropriate damage roll. On the fourth turn, target one creature within a 5 ft. range. That creature must make a DC 15 CON saving throw.
On a failed save, the creature takes bludgeoning damage equal to the sum of damage you rolled over the previous three turns as well as any damage you may have taken during those three turns, and the creature is launched back 40 ft. If the creature hits another creature or a wall as a result of this launch, all creatures involved in the impact take 1d8 bludgeoning damage.
On a successful save, the creature takes only half damage and is knocked back 10 ft. No damage is taken if the creature hits the wall or another creature.
If there is no appropriate target on your fourth turn after activating this ability, you may aim your attack at the terrain. All creatures within a 30 ft. radius must make a DC 18 DEX saving throw or receive 1d10 force damage (each creature rolls for their own damage), and the area of effect is now difficult terrain.
