- You may cast a 5th level spell or LOWER and not expend a spell slot
- Requires LONG REST to replenish

Posted Oct 1, 2022This is a stupidly overpowered version of Spell Mastery, a Wizard feature that lets you cast 1st and 2nd level spells as cantrips.
Also, why include wizards? Wizards use INT as their spellcasting ability, not CHA.
Is this just for maxing out your Charisma?
