Prerequisite: Requires Intelligence Score of 13 Requires Level higher than 1
You are a true genius of Psionics, capable of much more than even prodigies.
- Increase your Intelligence Score by 2 and it's maximum by 2.
- Proficient: You gain Proficiency in the Investigation skill. If you are already proficient in the Investigation skill, you add double your proficiency bonus to Investigation checks.
- Telepathy: Your mind awakens to the ability to communicate via telepathy. Gain the ability to telepathically speak to any creature you can see within 120 feet of you in this manner. You don’t need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic messages, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language or be telepathic itself. If you already have telepathy double the number of creatures you may speak to and add the range listed here to your maximum telepathy range.
- Learn: One Psionic Discipline and a number of Psionic Talents equal to half your Intelligence modifier, rounded up.
- Psionic Ability: Intelligence is your Psionic ability for your Psionic disciplines. You use your Intelligence modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a Psionic discipline or when making an attack roll with one. Discipline save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier. Discipline attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier. If you are already Psionic this feat pushes you beyond even others. The DCs of your Disciplines and Talents increases by 1.
- Psi-points:You gain 1 Psi-point per level. You recover all lost Psi-points after a long rest. Add this to your existing pool if you already have Psionics.
- Psi Limit: There is a limit on the number of psi points you can spend to activate a psionic discipline. You can spend no more than a number psi points equal to 1/3rd of your level rounded up on a discipline each time you use it, no matter how many psi points you have.
- Psychic Focus: You can focus Psionic energy on your Psionic discipline to draw ongoing benefits from it. As a bonus action, you can choose your psionic discipline and gain its psychic focus benefit, which is detailed in that discipline’s description. The benefit lasts until you are incapacitated or until you use another bonus action to choose a different focus benefit. You can have only one psychic focus benefit at a time, and using the psychic focus of one discipline doesn’t limit your ability to use other disciplines. If you are a Mystic You can now have up to two Psychic focus benefits at a time.
- Talents: A Psionic talent is a minor Psionic effect you have mastered. Talents take no points to use. You can now use any talent as a bonus action
- Upon reaching 14th level you gain an additional Discipline and can absorb Spells, Magic, and Psionics that hit you, reducing the damage by a number of d6 equal to your Intelligence modifier. If the damage of a Psionic Talent is reduced by this ability to 0, you can learn the talent provided you concentrate upon it for 1 minute and spend 5 psi points. You can do this a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier. If you do not have psi points to spend you cannot learn the talent.
- Upon reaching 7th level, you may turn any Discipline that costs 3 Psi points or less into a talent. This reduces their Psi-point cost to 0. Any talent that has a variable cost is not eligible to become a talent and instead has their cost reduced by 1. Disciplines reduced cannot have their psi-point cost reduced below 1.

Posted Jul 25, 2020I really love this Feat ❤️and I’m excited to use it for my charater mystic charater if that’s okay with you
I got a question about the aspect of this feat you get at level 14 that gives a additional Discpline and absorbing Spells,Magic, and Psionics that hit you.
What do you mean exacltly by “reducing the damage by a number of d6 equal to your intelligence modifier”?? and “If the damage of a Psionic Talent is reduced by this ability to 0, you can learn the talent provided you concentrate upon it for 1 Mom and spend 5 psi points”??

Posted Jul 25, 2020Similar to the monks Deflect Missiles it allows you reduce the damage of incoming spells. say you had an intelligence mod of +2 you would reduce it by 2d6. there is an important bit of wording here however. you can't learn the spells that hit you but you are able to learn the talents that do. What's essentially happening is that you are rather advanced and so you're capable of completely absorbing the psionic talent. Once you do so you have to spend 5 psi points and at least 1 minute deconstructing the talent and learning what they did. This takes up concentration, so you cannot have another discipline or talent being concentrated on while you are taking the time to learn it and if concentration breaks you of course fail to learn.
