• You have disadvantage on Constitution rolls, you need to make sure your endurance is in check and to do that try not to go off schedule.
• You have disadvantage on Dexterity rolls, you have too fast of a heartbeat and/or too shaky of hands to be good at dexterity skills.

You have gained the following benefits:

• You have advantage on Intelligence rolls, you have to know everything so you can have nothing to be anxious about.
• You have advantage on Wisdom rolls, you have to know everything so you can have nothing to be anxious about.
