As an action you can take a swig of oil or alcohol and blow into a flame held in your hand producing a gout of fire from your mouth in a ten foot cone. Any ceature within this ten foot cone must succeed on a Dex saving throw (DC 12) or take 1d12 fire damage.
You must have a flask of oil or high proof alcohol and a source of fire (Torch or the Produce Flame cantrip) readied to preform this feat, these items are consumed. The cost of oil or alcohol is halved for Fire Genasi.
