You have a paralyzing fear of a very particular something that would not seem dangerous to most people. When exposed to your phobia, you may be significantly weakened and might not be able to act rationally. Your particular phobia can either be picked from the list or be decided in agreement with your DM through the "Other Phobia"-option. A phobia that you are unlikely to ever experience in the world of DnD should not be chosen.
When within clear visual distance, or close enough to touch, or experiencing your phobia in any way, the following occurs.
- During your first turn of experiencing your phobia, you attempt to take a breath and carry on. Roll a wisdom saving throw against a DC of 13. If successful, you manage to maintain your composure and keep going. If failed, you are paralyzed and may attempt the save again at the start of your next turn.
- While experiencing your phobia, you have trouble concentrating. If attempting to cast a spell requiring concentration, a successful Wisdom saving throw against a DC of 13 is required or the spell fails.
- While experiencing your phobia, you have trouble focusing on anything else. When attempting a skill check, a successful Wisdom saving throw against a DC of 13 is required, or you will suffer disadvantage on the skill check.
This feat is a FLAW and may be taken freely at character creation, or normally later on. If this feat is taken willingly, another feat may be added for free.
