You have long since been touched by the unreal, blurring the lines between reality and fiction has been a constant in your mind, but unknown to you how or why you seem to have recently brought this skill to the real world. Now as your thoughts skim the top of fiction and pull forth ideas they may not just be that.
To the DM's discretion a word, wish, thought or idea you speak out loud can be brought to the real world, be it a monster, item, location or event.
You may also use one charge per long rest to summon any 1 common ingredient that you speak of aloud.
