When your Lay On Hands pool has been depleted, you may channel the divine inferno in your soul into healing energy at a cost to your own well-being. Per long rest, the first use of Hallowfire Crusader inflicts 2 points of damage to the User for every 1 point of healing distributed (multiple targets specified at time of casting are grouped as a single use). Continual uses take a heavy toll on your mortal form, as each subsequent application of Hallowfire Crusader prior to a long rest will increase the damage:healing ratio by 1. (ex. At second use the User would take 3 damage for every 1 point healed, while at fifth use User would take 6 points of damage for every 1 healed.)
