Dying Surge

 When casting a spell at or below half health, roll a d20.  On a 1, roll on the Wild Magic Table.  Every time you cast a spell, the DC increases by 1 (ie. if you cast 4 spells, the Dying Surge DC will be 5.)  This modifier resets only after you undergo a Wild Surge.
