Fast

You're Fast. You're Faster than Fast. You're so Fast, you change the way Fast was perceived until this moment. Fast is your mother calling you home after a long day out in the sun. Fast is the warm hearth where you enjoy the thickest broths and juiciest mutton. You take comfort in the knowledge that you are Fast. Faster than anything. Faster than anyone could ever hope to be. But is this as Fast as you can go? Can you go Faster? There's only one way to find out. You must throw every regard for survival to the side. You must put every fabric of your being into one thought, one emotion, one word....

Fast. 

- Your base walking speed increases by 10ft

 - As a bonus action, you can double your movement speed for one minute. You gain +2 to your AC, have advantage on Dexterity saving throws and can run along liquids and vertical surfaces without incurring a penalty to movement. However, if you are hit with a melee attack while in this state it is considered a critical hit and the effect ends.
