You can teleport 3 times, up to 50 ft, per long rest.

At 6th level

You can teleport 5 times, up to 75 ft, per long rest.

At 12th level 

You can teleport 7 times, up to 100 ft, per long rest.

At 20th level

You fully understand the use and flow of how teleporting  works, you are adept to the use of it. 
you can teleport 10 times, up to 200ft, per long rest.
