You gain proficiency with the Insight skill. If you have proficiency already, you gain Expertise.
Once per day, if an Insight roll you make is 15 or higher, you can determine one of the following aspects from the target of your Insight check:
- You know their greatest fear.
- You know their greatest desire.
- You can determine the complete truth behind what they are saying.
- You can determine the complete lie behind what they are saying.
