Prerequisite: Requires the ability to cast Evocation spells
Your innate elemental abilities grant you incredible control and power in your evocation spells. When casting evocation spells of 1st level or higher, you may add an additional die of the spell's type to the damage. In addition, you choose one of the following effects to bolster your evocation spells:
- Corrosive Soul: When casting a spell that deals Acid Damage, any creatures fully affected by the spell are afflicted with acid and take an additional die of Acid Damage for 1d4 rounds.
- Freezing Soul: When casting a spell that deals Cold Damage, any creatures fully affected by the spell have their movement reduced by 10 ft. for 1d4 rounds.
- Flaming Soul: When casting a spell that deals Fire Damage, any creatures fully affected by the spell catch on fire and take an additional die of Fire Damage for 1d4 rounds.
- Storm Soul: When casting a spell that deals Lightning Damage, any creatures fully affected by the spell cannot take reactions for 1d4 rounds.
- Toxic Soul: When casting a spell that deals Poison Damage, any creatures fully affected by the spell are poisoned and take an additional die of Poison Damage for 1d4 rounds
- Booming Soul: When casting a spell that deals Thunder Damage, any creatures fully affected by the spell are pushed back an additional 10 ft. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
A creature must be fully affected by the cast spell (i.e., failed saving throw or hit with spell attack) for these features to take place. If you take this feat multiple times you may choose an additional evocation effect, but you do not get the additional damage bonus.
