Ghatanothoa, an eldritch being from the far realm that traversed into the Abyss’ layers and grew a legion of followers on the various levels. You gain the following benefits:
- You are resistant to psychic damage
- When a creature you can see starts its turn within 30 feet of you, you can use your reaction to force it to make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the creature is instantly petrified. Otherwise, a creature that fails the save begins to turn to stone and is restrained. The restrained creature must repeat the saving throw at the end of its next turn, becoming petrified on a failure or ending the effect on a success. The petrification lasts until the creature is freed by the greater restoration spell or other magic. Fiends, Undead, Constructs, and other creatures that also have a petrifying gaze are immune to this effect. Once you have used this feature you can not do so again until you have completed a long rest.
