The third Prince of Demons, the Demogorgon was a monstrous demon with a humanoid, scaly body, two mandrill-like heads, tentacles in place of arms, clawed feet, and a tail. With his gift of perception, you gain the following benefits:
- You have advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws.
- There is a 25% chance when you gain this boon, and every time you level up, you will grow a second head. If you do, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and are immune to the blinded and deafened conditions.
