Prerequisite: Must be capable of casting spells
-Increase your Intelligence or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
-When you cast a spell that would deal damage, you can have it deal Radiant damage instead, and you gain the following benefits:
The stars share a glimpse of the future with you, the spell deals an additional 1d6 radiant damage and allows you to grant a 1d4 bonus or penalty to any d20 roll a creature you can see makes before the start of your next turn.
-As long as you are under moonlight you have dark vision of up to 30 ft. If you already have dark vision the range is extended to 60 ft and you can see in color as if in normal light.
This ability may be used an amount equal to your proficiency score per long rest.
