Arcane Combat

Prior to the awakening of your arcane powers, you mastered two-weapon fighting, allowing you to slowly combine your two-weapon fighting proficiency with your newly-awakened arcane skills. If the player is wielding a one-handed weapon in one hand,  a spell (limited to cantrips) can be cast with their free hand. (The rules of Two Weapon Fighting apply to this type of attack, PAGE 165). The player can do this a number of times equal to their Intelligence modifier, plus their Proficiency Bonus, per short or long rest.
