You have been bitten and infected with Lycanthropy from a Fey Werewolf. You gain the following benefits and abilities:
Accursed Shapechanger: The Feywolf can use its Action to Polymorph into a wolf-humanoid hybrid, or back into its true form, which is Humanoid. Its Statistics, are the same in each form. Any Equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies. When this ability is used to transition from humanoid form into hybrid form, roll 1d8. On a result of 2-8, the Feywolf transitions successfully and gains the following benefits:
- Keen Hearing and Smell: The werewolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell while in hybrid form.
- Supernatural Resistance: While in hybrid form, gain resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing From Nonmagical Attacks Not Made With Silvered Weapon
- Claws: Melee Weapon Attack: 1d20+7 Damage: 2d4+5
- Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: 1d20+7 Damage: 1d12+5
If the result of the d8 roll is a natural 1, the above benefits are gained, but the additional following affects occur:
- Bloodlust: your lycanthrope urges take over and you no longer can distinguish friend from foe. On each of your turns you must use your movement and action to move towards the closest creature and make a claw attack, and then a bite attack against them. If there are multiple possible targets, roll a number die equal to the number of targets to select which creature is targeted (example: 2 possible targets, roll 1d2 to determine which target is selected) (1d3, 1d4, 1d5, 1d6, 1d7, 1d8)
- Singular Focus: you may not take bonus actions or reactions
- Grow the Pack: When a creature is dropped to 0 hit points by the Feywolfs bite attack, or a Feywolf bite attack is made against an unconsious target, that creature is immediately infected with Feywolf Lycanthropy. After that creatures next long rest, they are given this feat.
Howl at the Moon: A Feywolf hybrid transition is triggered automatically when a Feywolf has line of sight to a full moon or equivalent source of moonlight. When making the transition in this way, all features of the transition are included, and no d8 roll is required.
