Prerequisite: Ancestral Guardian Barbarian Path
When you enter your rage you roll a d10:
- 5 or less it is a regular rage.
- 6 or greater results in a lingering Ancestral Spirit using you as a conduit for the duration of the rage ( see table below)
Roll on the Ancestral Spirit table to determine which ancestor uses you as a conduit for the duration of the rage:

| 1 | Khegar The Berserker. You assume a spiritual visage of Khegar, untamed shaggy hair with two grey-white beard hair streaks down either side of your mouth resembling fangs. For the duration you must recklessly attack each turn, cannot retreat and can only hear or see allies within 10 feet of you. |
| 2 | Kirn Lightfoot. You have a spring in your step, literally. Your feet jog on the spot uncontrollable as you feel excess energy in your lower body. You may cast Jump OR Longstrider only once within the rage duration. |
| 3 | Hilda Stagvier. Long spiritual braids reach the back of your shins, as your voice echos with a soft authoritative resonance. You must use a shield if able, you must also vow to protect an ally for the duration of the rage and keep them from harm. |
| 4 | Sealgair Airlia. A spectral falconry glove forms around your arm, for the duration of your rage the famed Huntress' eagle Sciah aids you and your allies, and may use the "Help" action |
| 5 | Spiritual Overload. Either too many at once, or a too powerful spirit attempts to use you as a conduit. Your rage ends early and you must make a CON save to remain on your feet. |
