The sun is passionate, creating life that it destroys if ever it comes to close. Bright and blinding, whatever is made around it slowly becomes dust. Apollo: The Greek deity who took over Helios' chariot to rise and set the sun. But when the passion falls away, the only thing that remains is a burning blight.
Reflective Personality. On a hit the target must make a DC 18 CHA saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute and take 2d8 fire damage (half damage on a successful save)
The Sun's Might. 30ft. range, 10ft radius sphere. CON saving throw; 2d8 fire and 2d6 radiant damage, target is blinded on a failed save. Apollo can use this blast up to 3 times before needing a short rest.
Activated Ability: Re-Construction. Apollo can attempt to re-construct target, but must make a DC 18 INT save to do so. On a fail the target heals half their current hit points, but on a success the target is fully healed. Apollo can use one activated ability per activation, and takes 24 hours to recharge.
Activated Ability: De-Construction. If Apollo wants to de-construct a target, the target must make a DC 18 CON saving throw. on a fail the target takes a permanent -2 to an ability score of Apollo's choice and falls to 0 hit points. On a success the target takes 2d8 fire damage and is blinded for 1 minute .Apollo can use one activateed ability per activation, and takes 24 hours to recharge.
