Your time in the wilds allowed you to connect with it. That connection gave you these benefits:
- You can Wild Shape once per long rest. You can Wild Shape into a beast of CR 1/8 or lower that doesn't have a flying speed using an action. This effect lasts for a number of hours equal to your proficiency bonus.
- If you pick this feat again, you can choose one of the following: gain one more use of the Wild Shape, remove the flying speed restriction, or increase the max CR of the beast to 1/2.
