You master fighting with two weapons, gaining the following benefits:
- You gain a +1 bonus to AC while you are wielding a separate melee weapon in each hand.
- You can use two-weapon fighting even when the one handed melee weapons you are wielding aren’t light.
- You can draw or stow two one-handed weapons when you would normally be able to draw or stow only one.
- When you make an attack you also attack with your offhand weapon at half damage rounded up
This feat no longer requires you to use your bonus action to make your offhand attack but halves the damage your offhand weapon does so two long swords would effectively give you the damage dice of a 1d8 and 1d8/2 rounded up (a roll of 7 would be a 4 not a 3.5). giving a single attack from a dual wielder the ability to do 12 damage the same as the large 2h weapon users for the same attack economy.
