When your back is against the wall, your resources are tapped and there is little hope for victory, you are fueled by the spirits of your ancestors with the vigor, wisdom, and the inspiration to lead your party to victory.
When you drop to 0 HP, you may choose, instead, to call upon your ancestors to bolster your resolve. When activated:
- You regain half your maximum Hit Points, a point of inspiration, and gain the benefits as if you took as long rest.
- All creatures in 10ft radius surrounding you must make a DC 13 Constitution Saving Throw. Allies have advantage on their saving throw. On a failed save, each creature takes Xd4 force damage, where X equals your Proficiency modifier. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage.
- If you are a caster, any spell you cast is accompanied by a roll on the Wild Magic Table.
After 1 minute, you gain 5 points of exhaustion that cannot be removed by any means other than natural rest.
Once this ability has been activated, it cannot activate again for 30 days.
