Increase your Wisdom or Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20. 

Intellectual Tongue: you have gained knowledgable insight on social understandings. Whenever you make a Charisma-based persuasion, or deception check you can instead use Wisdom or Intelligence (you must use whichever ability was increased by this feat). You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest. 

Analytic Eye: When aiding an ally on an ability check, the target can roll a d4, adding the number rolled to the ability check.
