Your celestial blood will become more prominent, resulting in a set of glowing wings of your description (skeletal for fallen) allowing you to fly,  50ft flight speed

You'll ammit a 30ft bright glow, dim light for an additional 20ft

Every attack will deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage (nacrodic for fallen).  Ncrease to d12 at lv10 and 2d12 at lv15

Last for 1 hour, unconcouse, 0 hp, dead or until released as a free action.
