You’ve manifested some of the power of behirs through blood transfusion, granting you the following benefits:

Behir Hide. While in Hybrid Form, you have resistance to lightning damage.

Storm's Voice. While in Hybrid Form, you can expell volatile lightning from your mouth. Each creature in a 20-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC is equal to your Hemocraft save DC). A creature takes 5d6 lightning damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 6d6 at 11th level, and 7d6 at 16th level. After you use Storm's Voice, you can't use it again until you complete a long rest.
