Immersed in studies of arcana, blacksmithing, and tinkering, you've discovered a means of creating firearms that can be used to fire magic spells using special ammunition.
You can refine a mixture of copper, mythril, and silver into a pouch of Mana-Infused Bullets over the course of one day, using Smithing Tools. Roll a Smithing Tools Check, and consult the table to determine how many bullets you create. Roll 1d4 to determine the rarity of the bullets: 1 is uncommon, 2 is rare, 3 is very rare, and 4 is legendary.
You can create a pistol body using wood and mythril. Roll a Smithing Tools Check; if you beat a DC 10, you'll create a pistol body.
Manatriggers can be created using a Mythril-Gold alloy using Tinker's Tools. Roll a Tinker Tools Check; if you beat a DC 14, you'll successfully create a manatrigger that can be used to create an Arcane Firearm. This process takes roughly two days to complete.
You can use Tinker's Tools to create Arcane Firearms. These magical weapons, when attuned by a spellcaster, add +1 to spell attacks made and the spell attack DC, can act as a spellcasting focus, and can also fire Mana-Infused Bullets by use of a special magic mechanism called a manatrigger. Roll a Tinker's Tools Check; if you beat a DC 14, you'll use a manatrigger and a pistol body to create an Arcane Firearm. This process takes roughly one day to complete.
When an Arcane Firearm is fired, its user must roll a DC 5 misfire check. On misfire, the user takes 1d10 force damage. While the damaged Arcane Firearm can be used as a spell focus, it can't be used to fire ammunition until it's repaired by an Arcane Gunsmith. This process takes about a day, and requires 25 GP worth of materials.
