Prerequisite - Proficiency with Light Armour
You have trained extensively with Light
Amour, learning to maximize the benefits
it offers.

While you are wearing light armour, you gain
the following benefits:
 

• Increase your AC by 1.

• Whenever you make a dexterity saving
  throw against an effect that you can see,
  such as a trap or a spell, you may roll 1 d6
  and add that number to the roll. To gain
  this benefit, you can't be incapacitated. You
  can use this ability a number of times per
  long rest equal to your proficiency modifier.
