When making this attack, if you make a successful strike against an enemy, you may make an additional attack against the next adjacent enemy and may continue that strike as long as it hits, however after the first additional attack all additional attacks are at disadvantage.
For one round, melee attacks made against you are at advantage.
Feats or abilities that adjust the outcome of an attack only affect the first initial attack in Cleave and not the additional attacks.
