You have delved deep into meditation and sought to understand some of the most challenging concepts in Tamriel, the Thuum. You've practiced the way of the voice enough to understand a few words of Dragon tongue and even to speak one.
When you take the attack action, you can substitute one of your attacks to use one of your known Words of Power. If a Word of Power requires a saving throw, the DC is 8 + your Constitution Modifier + your Proficiency Bonus.
When you select this feat, you can choose one word to learn from the following list:
Fire Breath (Yol): You exude a 15-foot cone, and each creature within it must make a Dexterity Saving throw, on a failure they take 2d6 fire damage or half damage on a successful save.
Frost Breath (Fo): You exude a 15-foot cone, and each creature within it must make a Dexterity Saving throw, on a failure they take 1d10 cold damage, and their movement speed is halved until the end of their next turn.
Unrelenting Force (Fus): You exude a 15-foot cone, and each creature within it must make a Strength Saving throw, on a failure they are knocked back 5 feet and knocked prone.
Whirlwind Sprint (Wuld): You can immediately move 30 feet in a straight line, avoiding opportunity attacks.
Dismay (Faas): You exude a 15-foot cone, and each creature within it must make a Wisdom Saving throw, on a failure they become frightened of you for one minute.
You can invoke the power of the Thuum a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.
